Prerequisites for Program Participation:

Before the EI3.0 Practitioner Certification, you must complete the ESI and register for the Tomi Llama 10 Steps to Happily Ever After, which takes approximately 20 hours. The steps will be assigned as homework during the certification.

Upon registration, an ESI link will be sent to you.

To be awarded the designation of EI3.0 Practitioner, you must meet these criteria:

You must complete the certification program in its entirety.

Tomi Bryan Consulting reserves the right to deny certification for the following reasons:

• not completing the ESI;

• not completing The Tomi Llama 10 Steps to Happily Ever After course;

• missing too many of the live sessions, failing to participate, or not completing assigments;

• behavior not aligned with professional standards of conduct;

• and/or other unprofessional conduct.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required by credit card at the time of registration or in 6 installments.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

The refund amount depends on how many days prior to the start date of the Practitioner Certification cancellation is received:

• Cancellations made more than 21 days before Certification start date:

  • Refund of registration fee less a $200 administrative fee.

• Cancellations with less than 14 days before Certification start date:

  • Refund of registration fee less a $400 administrative fee.

• Cancellations with less than 7 days before Certification start date:

  • Credit toward a future program where space is available and assessment of a $250 administrative/transfer fee.
